- make lists
- follow plans
- remember to be thankful
- don't get upset or annoyed with things that don't concern you
- don't hurry to get upset and annoyed
- breathe
- better keep silent
- love yourself
- don't give too much time to people that don't value it
- think positive
- focus on the good
- remind yourself of things you love
- good things stick to positivism
